Palestra concentrata, attrezzi ben tenuti, spazi ben disposti, una scelta mista tra macchinari Old School e New Generation. Non so quando, ma ci ritornerò!

Don't you want to spend a day at the gym during a week's vacation in Gaeta? And what better gym to choose than Athena! A compact gym, well-maintained equipment, well-organized spaces, and a mix of old-school and new-generation machines. I don't know when, but I'll be back!

The best in Gaeta without a shadow of a doubt, good machinery including some panatta gems, which I really like because they are unobtainable and have a crazy feeling. Nothing is missing, maybe a little something for the legs but otherwise top!

Consigliato a tutti

The gym is small, but it has everything you need. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. As for bodybuilding and fitness equipment, it's definitely the best-stocked and best-maintained in the area. All the machines work, although some are a little older, but the equipment from a few decades ago is better than today's. Recommended for everyone.

I found this gym thanks to Google, I was on vacation in Gaeta. You can tell the owner has a passion for cast iron. Entry is €5, the hours are fantastic, and the equipment is equally excellent. Sure, the gym isn't new, but for those interested in quality, they'll look no further. The owner is really kind, and even helped us with parking, which in Gaeta is a real struggle to find.
Altamente attrezzata. Ambiente tranquillo con personale cordiale e professionale.
